Our Story

We are Rosie and Hamish Wood and this is our dining company. We met at culinary school in Devon from there our love for food moved us to a 1 Michelin starred restaurant in Birmingham then to L'Enclume, a 3 Michelin Starred restaurant, in the Lake District where we refined our skills for 3 years, learning and improving.

 

Now, we specialise in providing delicious food following the seasons of Britain, to show what the land has to offer. From foraged herbs to heirloom vegetables, we believe that fresh, local food will always be the best.

We love to use preserving techniques like fermenting and pickling to have access to the land's offering all year round.
